pdtjl Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pdtjl website accessible at pdtjl.io and all associated pages, services, games, betting markets, and account features operated by pdtjl.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses any feature of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by pdtjl including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and virtual table games.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which transactions on the Platform are conducted.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money feature of the pdtjl platform. By proceeding with registration, you expressly confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. pdtjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending confirmation, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold during that period.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Services are intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pdtjl does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Territories. If you subsequently relocate to a Prohibited Territory, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact [email protected] to discuss your Account status.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the pdtjl platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated Balance or Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must complete the pdtjl account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep all registration information up to date and to notify pdtjl promptly if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pdtjl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pdtjl will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify pdtjl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pdtjl will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pdtjl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pdtjl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on the pdtjl platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pdtjl at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Where payment provider limits apply, these are the responsibility of the User to ascertain prior to initiating a transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to credit depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution. pdtjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited to your pdtjl Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. pdtjl may request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time, and reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of real-money Balance are available to verified Account holders who have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with pdtjl's anti-money-laundering obligations. Where a return to the original payment method is not technically possible, pdtjl will contact you to arrange an alternative method. All withdrawals are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

pdtjl aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically received within the same business day following processing. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. pdtjl is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

pdtjl reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Users who have received bonuses must satisfy all associated wagering requirements in full before any portion of their Balance attributable to bonus activity becomes withdrawable. Detailed withdrawal conditions specific to each bonus offer are communicated at the time the offer is made.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pdtjl may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, seasonal offers tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and other promotional campaigns. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each offer will be stated in the offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account upon expiry of this period if the requirement has not been met.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent pdtjl's bonus systems — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, using automated wagering strategies to reduce variance for wagering requirement purposes, or coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pdtjl reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pdtjl reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotional terms will be communicated on the relevant promotion page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on the pdtjl platform, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are subject to pdtjl's Sports Betting Rules document, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms & Conditions, the Sports Betting Rules will prevail with respect to sports betting activity.

7.2 Casino & RNG Games

All casino games, including slot games, virtual table games, and crash games available on pdtjl, are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules. Random number generation in all RNG games has been independently tested and certified for fairness by the respective game provider's accreditation body.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games streamed in real time are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played as communicated by the live dealer and displayed within the game interface. 7.4 Bet Settlement

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the recorded data held on pdtjl's game servers shall be the authoritative record. Objections to bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pdtjl platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds without compensation:

• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age.
• Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies.
• Any form of match-fixing, corrupt betting, or use of inside information.
• Use of the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pdtjl staff or other users.
• Attempting to access the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised with a payment provider without prior good-faith engagement with pdtjl's support team.

9. Responsible Gaming

pdtjl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the pdtjl platform without prior written authorisation from pdtjl. Any unauthorised use of pdtjl's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pdtjl shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside pdtjl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Actions taken by pdtjl in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension, Balance forfeiture following proven breach, or modification of promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pdtjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

pdtjl collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at pdtjl.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pdtjl applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers involved in operating the platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly for operational purposes and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pdtjl will process any eligible real-money Balance remaining in your Account to your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding verification holds or suspected breach investigations active on your Account at the time of the request.

13.2 Termination by pdtjl

pdtjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time with or without notice in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering activity, chargebacks raised by the User, or where continued operation of the Account would expose pdtjl to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach, any associated Balance may be forfeited in accordance with the relevant provision of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pdtjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pdtjl will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered Account holders by email or by an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the pdtjl platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with section 13.1.

15. Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in the English language, which shall be the authoritative governing language of this document. In the event that pdtjl publishes a translation of these Terms & Conditions into another language for the convenience of Users, the English-language version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the versions.
